If you were to sum-up these A-Z success principles, they all mean one thing: we must take responsibility for our lives. We all have our unique talents, and if we focus on our innate abilities rather than our weaknesses, we can achieve amazing results in all aspects of our lives. In order to have a better life, I believe Personal Development is absolutely essential.
The main objective is that we must decide what we want, believe we deserve it and go for it. Here are a simple set of rules for success. By consciously implementing these simple truths, we can achieve higher levels of performance and achievement in all areas of our lives.
The ABC’s of Succes:
• Authentic Life: Sadly most people spend enormous amounts of energy keeping up with the Joneses, rather than doing what it’s really important to them and live an Authentic life, a life that resonate with our inner beings. True happiness can only be achieved by being authentic and seeking happiness from within. It’s time to claim our authentic self and live our lives to our fullest potential and a purposeful life.
• Believe In Yourself: Henry Ford said it best: “whether you think you can or think you can’t – you are right”. We must first believe in ourselves and in our innate talents that we can achieve our goals. Without this belief, we would never even attempt to do anything about our dreams and goals. You must be like the toddler who just starts learning to walk! Always believe in yourself and hold that image of yourself as if you already have achieved what you’ve set to do.
• Courage: Especially moral courage. If you have moral courage, you will always act congruence with your moral principles, regardless of whatever popular opposition you may be faced with. On your quest to success, you will certainly to be faced with difficult decisions and dilemmas, but if you have the strength of an ethical leader, you will make the right decisions every time. We must internalize this, not just make it an intellectual exercise.
• Drive: A high degree of self-motivation. This motivation should be internal and you must focus on your “WHY” If you were to study all self-made men and women, you will learn that all, without exception, have one thing in common, they are all self-motivated. Burning desire to succeed, is prerequisite to success. Find a reason to succeed and all self-imposed obstacles to success such as: fear, procrastination, etc. will disappear. If you have a strong internal drive, then tenacity and persistence will guide you to the top.
• Enthusiasm: The word originates from the Ancient Greece and it means: The God Within. Enthusiasm helps you connect with your inner power. Ralph Waldo Emerson said it best: Nothing great was ever achieved without enthusiasm. It’s the fuel which powers you to success. With enthusiasm you have the inspiration to stay the course of your undertaking. It will sustain you as you go through difficult times, and believe me, you will.
• Family and Friends: What good is there to achieve success in business for example, but to fail in most important part of life, which is family. How sad must it be when a child ask: mom, dad can you please come and see me play at my soccer game? Only for the parents to respond: Sorry, I have to work tomorrow. They have no time for what matter most. Missing those special moments, such as: first words, first steps, etc. are truly priceless. Having the ability to be there for our friends when they need us most is also priceless. So my advice is find a way to get out of the Rat-race and work from home. This is 21st Century. Spending most of your time with your boss and in traffic surely doesn’t give you much time for your loved ones.
• Goals: Goals are your motivating force for turning your vision of the future into reality. Without goals, you are like the ship without the rudder and the destination you end up, probably you wouldn’t like it. So set you goals with the attitude of “burning the boats”. Succeed or perish. • Health : We must have an holistic approach that encompasses all 3 aspects: Mind, body and spirit. If we radiate wellness, other people will follow us and then we would be able to carry the message of wellness to all people of the world.
• Imagination: Unlike knowledge, imagination has no limits. If you can imagine your goals, then you should be able to achieve them. We can’t overstate the power of imagination for it’s the gateway to the world of unlimited potential. Every Olympian without exception, has first imagined the medal on their necks long before the competition. The same goes for every self-made man and woman.
• Just do it! What else is there to be said!
• Knowledge: In today’s information and service based global economy, knowledge especially specialized knowledge is critical to your success. The acquisition of knowledge should be your life-long quest. If your car is not a University on wheels, you are missing big time. All successful leaders are knowledgeable in their chosen field.
• Love: Love and be loved! Love is one of the most important things in life.
• Money: Pay yourself first and NEVER live beyond your means. Supplement Your Income: Start and internet business. Find something that is in alignment with your passion. Whatever that is. For me is health and wellness.
• Now: The power of now: Living in the now, Live in the present moment.
• Optimism: With optimism, even from bad situation we can learn something valuable. It gives us the ability to see the good in the worst of situations. It’s a proven fact that optimistic attitude is beneficial to both mental health and physical well-being. Optimism is another prerequisite to success. Life is full of adversities, winners at the game of life are those optimistic people who expect to win every time.
• Persuasion: One characteristic you will find common in every successful person, even a child is the ability to persuade others. For example: to be a great parent, you must have the ability to persuade. If your kids don’t want to do what you want them to do, then it means you are a very poor salesperson. Three critical elements must be present for effective persuasion: trust, logic, and emotion.
• Quitters: Everything that is worthwhile is difficult at first, before it becomes easy. The problem with most people is that they quit too soon and hence quitters can never win. Perseverance is what separates winner from losers.
• Risk Taker: We most often regret more the things we haven’t tried and what could have been; than the things we have tried and not succeeded. Play-it-safers are people who live in the rut. Music is first introduced to us by our mothers, our beloved musicians. The lullabies sang to us by our mothers when we were still small, in whatever language, notes or tune, have always been a delight to the little hearts. A melody forever playing in our mind.
As everything in life changes, so does music. It changes with the times and technology. From jazz to rock, from rock to hip-hop, and a lot of fusions in between. And together with the evolution of music is the advancement of technology in the delivery of music. These technologies or gadgets have brought music closer to us. Gone are the days when you have to go to a music place when you want to enjoy a night of music. In the advent of radio, people were able to start enjoying music at home. Today, the evolution of music gadgets has come a long way. With our trusty mp3 players, music has never been this available to us. Now, music is everywhere.
The music industry has always been a lucrative business as people readily spend their money for a musical experience. Studies have been made to understand the human need for music. But the common person certainly knows why, as music knows us. Music comes to us in different ways, it comes as an encouragement to the athlete or any dreamer, a hand that picks you up when you’re down, a comforting embrace when we’re heartbroken or even in grief. Some people don’t believe we have a Soul, and feel that life is a random series of events and there’s nothing pre-determined about life. But what if that’s not correct? What if you do have a Soul and it did put in place an overall life plan for you for this life?
I know for myself I would want to know what it was, and indeed I have looked at my own reading. My reading was interesting to say the least. At the time of doing it I was going through a major career change, and also it was a period of intense spiritual growth. The reading helped me to affirm the career change as I could see that I was meant to be doing something along the lines of helping others on an emotional and spiritual level. I had always felt this and that’s why I never quite felt at home in my IT career. It also showed me why I had been through such enormous personal challenges at an emotional level, and why I was always looking at things from a deeper perspective.
My Soul Destiny (an overall impetus or momentum throughout your life) was to ‘come into full soul consciousness’ this indeed made sense as I had traversed 3 religions and many practices and only recently found spiritual peace. I saw that some of the challenges I faced was to follow things through and get off my butt! I had always been one of those people who could just loaf about doing a lot of nothing!
Nearly all the people that I have provided a reading for are deeply moved and enlightened after a reading. Some have ‘aha’ moments, whilst others may say little because they are by nature more reticent, but always, there is recognition on the part of the recipient of the uncanny mirror that a soul contract reading offers. As such, it is in itself a healing session.
For example one of my clients had a reading with me, and through this she was able to understand why she experienced very intense and challenging relationships in her life, and that this itself was what her Soul had planned, and was then able to go on to be less concerned and involved in other people’s issues, and learn about boundaries. As always awareness has a way of releasing our burdens.
The background to Soul Contract readings is as follows: It is based on the numerology of Moses (despite the biblical name) and a system of non religious life purpose guidance. Individual readings are based on the sound vibration of your birth name (as it appears on your birth certificate). The name that we are given at birth holds the resonance of a certain sound which in turn attracts to us all that we need to experience in order to learn our lessons, achieve our goals and optimise our talents.
Despite some people’s views, it would appear from the accuracy of readings that your birth name is not a coincidence. People often ask me if two people with the same name will have the same experiences. My answer is that broadly yes, since the sound of a particular name gives rise to the arranging of external reality in a particular way around that person. The universe is pretty logical! If you go on to change the name the new name will also affect your life, so changes and shifts occur in a person’s life depending on eg taking on a new married name, or deciding to use a nickname in daily life as opposed to your full name. Your name, it seems, has an effect on all aspects of your life.
A reading provides interpretation of the contract your Soul has put in place to learn and grow during this life. It acts to confirm whether you are ‘on track’ and if in some aspects you are not, what new directions to take. It can also make sense of why certain things have happened the way they have in your life. It’s like a life compass or map, providing clarity, direction and purpose.
The aspects that a Soul Contract reading specifically show are your karma (or challenges), goals, talents and overall soul destiny. The trick is to use your talents to overcome your karma and then achieving goals becomes easier. The soul destiny shows you what you are about fundamentally, like a flavour that affects all parts of your life. It represents an essential aspect that is also indicative of our highest potential and overall purpose. Knowing what talents you have, whether manifested and used or not as yet, helps you to determine eg the right wotrk or business, creative pursuits, role in society or how to make a difference with others, relationships in our life, spiritual endeavours etc.

This can then help to harmonize situations, understand family dynamics better, and have greater compassion. All in all, a Soul Contract reading is an uncanny way to find out what your Soul has in mind for you in this life. Armed with this deep soul-level information, life can begin to make real sense. Journey in life as the mighty river flows
It’s been quite a while now since I began my journey in life towards my destiny.
Intuitively at birth, it started with a cry of relief where I was no longer in darkness-escaping from the protective womb-free now to be whomever I choose. My heart felt as if I were a free spirit-I was now able to choose the life that I preferred and desired without restraints. I am now free to navigate towards my destiny with a child like unencumbered exuberance.
Why not? I was given no instructions while in the womb. Nor had I received a manual or script to guide me on my journey. May I not choose for myself my path to destiny? I am born without restrictions, free from capture to be as I choose to be in life while I may in some way benefit mankind. My choices in life will guide me towards my destiny; no one else can do that for me. I have the power of choice to experience my current’s flow and to explore the various paths of adventure along the way towards my destiny. I choose to experience and navigate the curves and challenges in life as they present themselves without prior restrictions.
I am experiencing a shared existence with that of the mighty river.
A river has its origin and is continuously flowing towards its destiny. Dam the river and it will find another path to its destiny. It will not be stopped or deterred but, rather it will always and deliberately flow to its destiny. Nothing will prevent a river from accomplishing its goal-reaching its destiny!
The river is forever inviting! Share with it the pleasures and beauty of its current flow. Navigate its waters-it asks for nothing in return. Experience and enjoy what the river has to offer mankind-one need not give or pledge something in return-the river asks only that you enjoy what it has to offer you!
By inviting one to join me on my journey and to navigate the current of my river’s flow, together we shall share in the many adventures along the way towards destiny. A life filled with adventures and excitement far beyond our imagination. A life filled with an abundance of prosperity and goodness. And, to experience the excitement of chance encounters as we fill our lives with adventures and opportunities yet encountered. For the young, handlers sometimes choose a path of restraint, possessiveness and, control-all of which they claim to be in your best interest! Humph!

The Point in Human Life
Some time ago, I have been giving several people one question. First of all, I have to say that I believe I know the answer to that question, but I was wondering if they know it too. That question was “WHAT IS THE POINT IN HUMAN LIFE”. However, there was only one out of them all who managed to answer my question truly.
Some people answered that the point is to have children, to work, to love, to be saved, to treat other people and living creatures honestly and kindly, but I was disappointing them all, when I said that this is not the right answer to that question. Sure, all of them were true a bit, but more wrong than right.
I said to every one of them that everything has it’s purpose and not only the good things they mentioned in their answers have the purpose but also bad things like crimes, illnesses, envy, hate and pain, or things that seem to be unimportant and without any purpose.
Most people search their reason to live, something what would make their life worth living. As a matter of fact, they search their own happiness to enjoy their life more. But what one’s happiness really is? We can claim that happiness are positive feelings which the human in question has about his or her life. And even though there are some common values that makes human life more happy like good state of health, some property and good relationships with close people, the other reasons for someone’s happiness differ in every single human being. Some are happy when allowed to help the other people, others are happy when they became wealthy, others love their being successful in some sport etc.
But as we know well, the world is full of unhappy people the existence of which has the equally important purpose as the existence of the happy ones. So where is the point in the life of them all?
Generally, we might say that the point in human life is to LIVE. But to live, what does it really mean? What it really means to be alive?
I believe that we were sent to the Earth to feel what we feel, to think what we think, to eat what we eat, to know what we know, to act like we act…
But… Why?
I suppose that we all are here to transform – by means of our feelings – the energy that we are destined to create by these.
A man with broken legs experiences pain in legs and a desire to be able to walk again, a sportsman in good condition experiences a good feeling from his power and well-trained muscles, young mother experiences a love for her child, an assassin experiences angry passion and a desire to kill the other man and so on.
Central Cosmic Soul has many parts and one of them is human part that is created by all the human souls it consists of. And each of them – every human being – is a piece, a fragment of the entire human part of the Central Cosmic Soul. If we believed the explanation that the point in human life is an energy transformation by means of all the feelings that we all experience, then we should admit that the point in human life is in everything in every man’s life.

Creating the Life You Desire. Yes, You Can!
One of the most powerful lessons I’ve learned and would like to instill in you is that you are responsible for your success. No one else is. Not your parents, your community, your government or your friends. It’s all up to you. While that may seem harsh, if you reframe it a little, it’s liberating.
While it’s nearly impossible to succeed without the help of others, once you embrace the idea that you are the driving force behind your situation, you realize the only person holding you back is you.
The life you live right now is the life you have created for yourself, so far. If this life is not what you want, you have to strategically start to make the decisions and take the actions necessary to create the life you desire.
The first decision is to realize that the past doesn’t define you. What has happened has happened. If you got fired, dumped, divorced, bankrupt, injured, sick, or born into a family of whackos, guess what? Regardless of your past, there are countless stories of people overcoming those same circumstances to create wonderful success stories.
Look at the past as a school for you. This school has taught you some important lessons that you can take into the future. The key is to look back on the past without emotion. This is not always easy to do, but imagine you are kind of an experience auditor peaking into the past of a client. Your job is to objectively analyze what happened, why it happened, and extract the most positive lesson from the experience that you can use moving forward.
Maybe, because of self-doubt, you allowed a situation to continue to worsen until the point something bad happened. Maybe you let a relationship go on for way too long or you put off making an important business call and you lost the account. What happened can’t be changed, but recognizing and taking responsibility for not letting that self-doubt control you again will fortify you as you move forward in creating your new future.
If you are unhappy in your current state of life, you can come up with all kinds of excuses, but not one good reason for not creating the life you want.
The very important truth you must face is that only you can control you. You cannot control the economy, or other people, or how you were raised as a child. You can only control you. If you do not like what you see in the mirror, you cannot break the mirror to change what you see. You have to change what the mirror reflects. You have to change from the inside out. This is an important realization in transforming your beliefs, which is a critical step in reducing and then eliminating self-doubt.
This is also why, in the first year of a martial arts student’s training my emphasis in their training is 90-percent mental and 10-percent physical. I have to change how they see their potential to be a black belt before I can physically train them for black belt. We have to realize that our changes, too, must start with how we think. We have to change our internal programming.

Was My Life Planned Before I Was Born
I was less than two years old when I walked right out of our Naval issued housing apartment and right into the deep end of the pool that was close to our home. My head plunged under the water and I gasped for air while pleading for help. I could see several people watching my desperate splashing and head bobbing. Within minutes I was pulled out and my mother was at my side to take me home.
Years later my mother recounted the story and how she handled my toddler experience. She had turned her back just for a moment and I was gone. Immediately she called her friends and they organized a search only to find me safely in the arms of a lifeguard. Her fear of losing me was so great that she said she spanked me all the way home. I didn’t remember any of the spanking, but the near drowning was seared into my brain as one of my earliest memories.
Why did I survive a near drowning while other children died from the very same experience? Did I have a destiny that demanded that I be saved? Was my life planned out before I was ever born by a supernatural all knowing God?
Isaiah 49: 1&2, “Listen to me, distant nations, you people who live far away! Before I was born, the Lord chose me and appointed me to be his servant. He made my words as sharp as a sword. With his own hand he protected me. He made me like an arrow, sharp and ready for use.”
Isaiah mentions several times in his writings about being planned before he was born. He opens up a concept of life that has been hidden in our present day world. He lifts a veil of remembrance that covers the minds of most people to the truth that there lives have a spiritual appointed purpose that goes beyond human comprehension.
Did we volunteer for the experiences we would face on earth? Did God put us in pivotal positions in order to accomplish His will? Do I have a responsibility I must fulfill before I can exit this world and find rest in the perfection of Heaven?
Isaiah 49: 5&6, “Before I was born, the Lord appointed me; he made me his servant to bring back his people, to bring back the scattered people of Israel. The Lord gives me honor; he is the source of my strength. The Lord said to me, ‘I have a greater task for you, my servant. Not only will you restore to greatness the people of Israel who have survived, but I will also make you a light to the nations- so that all the world may be saved.”
Many theologians look at the above scriptures as having a two fold message. One is referring to Israel being destined to tell the world how to follow God through the obedience of the Laws of Moses. The last and greatest belief for Christians is that these verses refer to the ministry of Jesus Christ and how He brought in the saving power of grace and provided us with the Holy Spirit.
Jesus Christ’s ministry changed everything. He removed the veils of forgetfulness that kept us from understanding our purpose. He gave us the Holy Spirit as our inner guide. With the supernatural power of the Spirit we don’t need anyone to teach us God’s will. The Spirit teaches us on the inside and leads us down the paths that we were appointed to go on before we were ever born.
Ephesians 1:11, “All things are done according to God’s plan and decision; and God chose us to be his own people in union with Christ because of his own purpose, based on what he had decided from the very beginning.”
If our lives have a purpose planned before we were born then we should look at our lives differently. We should separate ourselves from how the world tells us we are suppose to live. Instead we should grab a hold of the teachings of God and apply them to our everyday lives. We need to be instruments for God, not for Satan. We need to love and not hate. We need to do good, not evil.
Ephesians 1:3-5, “Let us give thanks to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ! For in our union with Christ he has blessed us by giving us every spiritual blessing in the heavenly world. Even before the world was made, God had already chosen us to be his through our union with Christ, so that we would be holy and without fault before him.
Because of His love God had already decided that through Jesus Christ, He would make us His sons, this was His pleasure and purpose.”
We were planned before the world was even formed. A plan that has a purpose to change us through the experiences we face in the world.
When I look back over my life I see God working out His plan in me, I see how my life changed for good through what I suffered in the world. I saw how a light of understanding removed the veil of forgetfulness that kept me from knowing God’s plan before I ever entered into the world.
Because we come as children we are in a weakened state of intellect that makes us unable to remember God’s purpose for our lives. It is only through increments of time that we see our paths. The first plan is understanding our need for the saving power of Jesus Christ. This happens when we survive, while others do not, a life threatening disease, natural disaster, war, famine, plague, accident or any number of things that happen to people. The second plan is when we realize how much we need the saving power of Jesus Christ to free us from being pulled down by sin.
Satan is the god of this world and as a result he has blinded our eyes to what is good and bad. He tells us to live in the world for ourselves and to take what we want regardless of who we hurt. God opens our eyes to truth as He moves us along the paths that are geared to bring us to a new light of understanding. With each moment of wisdom we grow spiritually and we understand that to give to others is more important than what we receive.
Our world is full of opposites, war and peace; death and life; good health and chronic illness; poor and rich; justice and corrupt practices, rob us of our freedom; and of course good and bad. In order to discern the differences we must change as we go through the journey of life and follow God’s plan. In His timing there will be a big reveal especially designed to teach us a spiritual value we would not have understood except by going through the trial.
Ephesians 1: 18-22, “I ask that your minds may be opened to see his light, so that you will know what is the hope to which he has called you, how rich are the wonderful blessings he promises his people, and how very great is his power at work in us who believe. This power working in us is the same as the mighty strength which he used when he raised Christ from death and seated him at his right side in the heavenly world. Christ rules there above all heavenly rulers, authorities, powers, and lords; he has a title superior to all titles of authority in this world and in the next. God put all things under Christ’s feet and gave him to the church as supreme Lord over all things.”
Understanding that we are planned and that our life has a spiritual purpose can help us to fight for God’s will for our lives. We must read our Bibles. We must pray at all times for Jesus to help us. More importantly, we must apply God principles of love to our everyday lives.
1 John 3: 10, “Here is the clear difference between God’s children and the Devil’s children: anyone who does not do what is right or does not love his brother is not God’s child.”
I was saved from drowning as a child because God had a plan. Each day as I matured and grew, I came to a new light of understanding because I allowed God principles to lead me through life. I made myself do what was right whether I liked it or not! I listened to the Holy Spirit, prayed and applied the Bible’s teachings.
1 John 2: 28&29, “Yes, my children, remain in union with him, so that when he appears we may be full of courage and need not hide in shame from him on the Day he comes. You know that Christ is righteous; you should know, then, that everyone who does what is right is God’s child.”
Our world has a beginning and an end. We must focus on doing what is right so when we face our judgment day we can have confidence when we see God that we have done everything He planned for us to do.

GOING BACK TO WORK
This experience for me was very traumatic and is the point that I began to realise how much control money had over my life. The fact that my partner was ill and unable to work intensified the feelings, I’m sure, but nevertheless I am sharing my honest account as I always do.
After I had my little boy, I loved being at home with him. I relished it so much that I actually felt that I lived in a different world from everyone else – my own bubble, which I loved. When he was six months old, I had to return to work for financial reasons. I knew it would be tough but did not realise just how much it would affect me. I only went back part-time and was moved to a different department on my return. I was a total, utter mess and felt like part of me was missing every morning I went out. If I was alone in the office, I would cry. Before this, I was quite a sensible, calm, moderate person, so my new emotions were a bit scary for me to cope with. My baby was at home with his granny, so I was lucky that I did not have to worry about nurseries or childminders, but I still felt really sorry for myself. I resented the world for making me leave my child and was very angry. It didn’t help that all my friends seemed to have partners who had money, so they didn’t have to go back to work. They regularly went on holidays and nights out, bought great things for their children and themselves, and basically had great lifestyles without having to work – someone please tell me, where is the fairness in that? As you can see, at this point in my life I didn’t exactly ooze peace and love and really did think life had dealt me a bad hand.
Before my son’s birth, I was never a person who saw money as important and was never jealous of people who had more than me. I didn’t like what this was doing to me and started reading self-help books like they were going out of fashion. I began to realise that the only way to change my situation was to begin to take control of my life. This meant I had to stop feeling sorry for myself and face my problems head on.
I had worked my way up to a senior position with my employer but knew in my heart that I did not wish to go any further and needed a change in my career. I realised that my path in life was not the same as my friends and that perhaps there was another ambition in me which had to be filled. I began to realise that I had let life get on top of me and began to let myself dream again as I had not done for years.
I found it quite difficult to think of what I wanted to do at first and thought I would never find anything that I would like to do. It was then that my partner and I decided to start our own business. I began to feel alive again and excited about life; it instilled a passion in me I had not felt for ages. I began to have faith that our new venture could succeed. To begin with, everything seemed to be against us, but we believed in ourselves and slowly we began to see things changing. It was hard, but exhilarating, work, and I began to see my confidence and self-esteem soar as we became more and more successful. I have heard that if you keep your faith during the hard times, God will take you out of it into a better situation. Well, I’m here to tell you that it’s true – the difficult bit is remembering that in the hard times!!
Some of you may be able to identify with me and some of you may not, but through these times I found a few things which might help your path back into work run a bit more smoothly:
Talk to your boss – Think about what shifts would suit your childcare arrangements and don’t be afraid to go in and negotiate something that will work for you both. You may find that if you are working part-time you can fit your work around your husband’s so you don’t need childcare – remember to make sure you actually do have time where you see one another, though.
Work/life balance – If you loved your job before and can’t wait to get back, remember that children change everything and you will feel pulled in both directions. If at all possible, see if there is any chance you can go back part time at least to begin with to see how you manage.
Grandparents – Ask them if they would like to help you out with childcare when you are working. They may want to take an active role or may just be able to help you out when you are stuck; either way, it is very beneficial. If you have siblings living nearby who have kids, you could possibly come to childcare arrangements with them.
Getting to know you – I tried not to think of going back to work, hoping it would go away, which is a stupid idea. If your child is going to day care, make sure you arrange days for them to visit before you go back to work. Find out who provides the lunch and snacks and what they want you to pack with your child.
Childcare – I have found the best way to find good childcare is through talking to other parents whose judgement you respect. They can recommend good childcare, and you can talk to their children, maybe even go along to drop them off and see their reaction. This will set your mind at ease, especially if your child is too young to tell you what she thinks.
Be organised –Write all the childcare shifts you and your partner are taking on a calendar and organise the childcare appropriately. If you are using nurseries or childminders, you will have to book in advance.
Get into a routine – I hate routine and have rebelled against it for years, but I have come to realise it is the best way to effortlessly get things done – find one that suits you and stick with it.
Fulfil your destiny – If you hate your work, start thinking about what you would like to achieve in your life. Make sure you think about it, are sure of your direction once you begin to take action and go for it. Because I could not afford to give up my job until our business was established, I had to work at our other business in my free time. It was hard work, but knowing I was taking steps to fulfil my dream really helped. Do anything, however small, and you will be amazed how quickly things start to happen.
